Raw Material Preparation
Quality inspectors with years of experience put each batch of material shipped to the Hongkai factory through rigorous quality inspection before it is approved for use in the manufacturing process. We also have quality control agreements with our partner material suppliers to ensure compliance with our high quality standards

Production First Sample
Before each batch of orders is produced, the first production sample is made to ensure that every detail of the product, including every label, logo, color box, instruction manual, etc. on the product, meets the customer’s requirements.

During Mass Production
Quality inspectors are constantly checking to ensure that every step is correct. Any problems that arise during the production process are dealt with in a timely manner.

During Products Completion
Professional quality inspectors check the function of each product to ensure that the functions of the produced products are 100% functional. Any flaws or errors are reported to the proper team who will look for the source of the problem in the production line.

Visual Inspection
Inspect product surfaces for scratches, discoloration or damage that could affect aesthetics and performance, and products with visible low quality are removed from the production line.

Packing
Each product is carefully wiped and packed into custom packaging. And arrange warehousing to wait for shipment.

Final Inspection Before Delivery
Your finished orders go through a final visual inspection for any noticeable defect before we ship them out, ensuring all of your products arrive at your shelf in perfect condition
